Photography Class - Advanced

This week a new photography class started that I joined. Our first task was to take a picture of a still live. I chose one of the lantern pictures from my previous post to bring to class.
We then went outside and had to keep our eyes open for interesting things we saw. I had brought my puppy, so of course he had to be the model in some of the pictures, too! ;)

Our homework for next week is to take one picture that works best in colour, one that works best in black and white, and one that has the greatest effect in sepia.
Therefore I took my favourite picture of that day and started playing around with different software programs. My final selection is this:
